Cala Goloritzé is considered to be the most beautiful of all Sardinian beaches . It is she who decorates numerous advertising brochures or websites devoted to this island and promoting its values. What distinguishes her? First of all, the fact that it crouched at the foot of an impressive cliff formed by white, partially covered with vegetation rocks.

The sea here takes on a very intense blue color. The beach itself is partly sandy and partly rocky. Admission to it is paid. The beach can be reached via a path in a mountainous area. The hike, although it may be a bit tiring for some, provides an unforgettable visual experience. The incredible natural and landscape values of Cala Goloritzé were also appreciated outside of Sardinia. As a result, the beach was included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List . The closest town to Cala Goloritzé is Baunei , where you will find guesthouses or slightly more intimate hotels.

For whom?

Visit Cala Goloritzé if you want to visit the most beautiful beach in Sardinia. If you would like to combine sunbathing with trekking , then Cala Goloritzé is the perfect destination.

Sardinia Island

Due to its size, we divided Sardinia into several smaller parts. You will find descriptions of each of them when you visit Cala Goloritze, Pelosa , Cagilari , La Maddalena , Porto Cervo , Castelsardo , Neptune's Grotto .

Punto Di Ristoro Uttolo

We stayed at the Punto Di Ristoro Uttolo guesthouse for two nights to visit the nearby beautiful beaches. It is an intimate and charming place, surrounded by a nice garden. The room was really OK! We didn't miss anything. The breakfasts were good, although by Italian standards the selection of products could have been slightly wider.

B&B I Cinque Mori

I can absolutely say about the I Cinque Mori guesthouse that it is a place with soul. Small, it offers perfect accommodation conditions. Everything is refined down to the smallest detail, creating a wonderful, homely, warm atmosphere. The interior design is breathtaking. I could have that at home. Worth every penny!

Montecool

During our stay in Sardinia, we decided to rent a self-contained apartment. We wanted to be independent, have the place just for ourselves and not have contact with other guests. Our choice fell on the Montecool apartment. Maybe there are no great luxuries there, but it was clean, spacious, and the equipment was really sufficient.

Hotel Plammas

My wife and I stayed at the Plammas Hotel in Santa Maria Navarrese for one night during our driving tour of Sardinia. For such a transit accommodation, we rate this place quite well. The hotel is close to the beach. It is quite an intimate facility. The price, which was not too high for an island, included breakfast.
