Description I was just talking to someone recently about Rax. You remember that fast food establishment that had a super salad bar. I believe Rax also had a rat as a macot. Looking back a rat seems like an odd choice for a food spokesperson. This Rax Subway combo is located on 119 in Greensburg. Are there other Raxes, and I have no idea what the correct spelling for Rax plural should be, in existence?
