Dr. Baumgarten is an excellent surgeon with great concern for his patients. Always takes his time when consulting about the information I need to be comfortable with the surgery. Also, answers all my questions and concerns in a way that I understand and with patience. I was also very impressed by all the people he has around him, they are all amazingly nice, concerned and respectful. They also made me feel comfortable. After surgery expectations and protocols are very important to the shoulder surgery process. I would have appreciated a little more written or verbal guidance regarding the next months after the surgery. Still, I am very happy so far with the process and outcome.

I appreciate the sense that the office staff and medical team work well together. And, I felt that I was treated as an individual going through something difficult for me. The medical staff took ample time to make sure I understood what was happening to ME, even though it was routine for them. It was clear that they knew it was not routine for me! Dr. B has always been the one doctor that truly listens. I am seen by several physicians and am often overlooked, or my concerns are ignored. I have never felt that way with Dr. B. Two years had passed since I last saw him, and not only did he address his specialty, but he got the ball moving for an ongoing issue that I had been struggling with for almost two years.
