From the receptionist to the nursing personnel, everyone was very pleasant. Dr. B. listened to my concerns and suggested solutions.

I felt my appointment was rushed and there was no physical examination of any kind. He did not listen to my lungs or do a breathing test...nothing. Just asked sleeping questions which he posted in the computer. I let him know I was on a daily chemo drug that could effect my lungs as well as the fact I had double covid pneumonia 2 years ago. I just thought it would be a more through exam and not just about sleep apnea, requiring a sleep study.

I was well taken care of by all staff at the office. The new office manager was very professional tte way she stepped in to help dectease my wait time in the office. The doctor always make me feel better by making me laugh while being assessed.

I realize that your office is in transition but your scheduling dept needs to learn something. When people can't breathe they need to be seen in atleast one day!!!. My previous Dr was [REDACTED] and i understand he left the practice (which has me concerned) not to be told i couldn't be seen till January by the scheduling dept is unacceptable. don't tell me to go to the ER when i'm calling for a appt!!!! Because have you been to a Virtua ER lately?? Its like a third world country hospital. Hopefully things will change.

The nurse that took me in the back is so nice iam going to miss seeing her and Dr B is great he listens and understands the breathing problems iam having

Excellent experience

I needed to find a new sleep doctor when we moved into the area. I am so glad I found this practice. I have received comprehensive care that has vastly improved the quality of my sleep. I feel every time we have an appointment, Dr. Baumgarten and his staff explain things completely, listen to my concerns, and provide an easily understood plan of care. Further, there is minimal wait time when you arrive, and appointments are readily available at a variety of times that is very convenient.

i appreciated the way the doctor knew the right questions to ask that would bring out concerns that i didn't even know were connected to my sleep apnea machine. the adjustments which he made to my machine have really taken care of my sinus problems and my dry mouth is getting much much better. thanks to Dr. Baumgarten.
