After a total of 27 years of service, Ralf Muhr can look back on an extremely long and eventful time with the Violets in various sporting management positions. He started in 1994 as U7 youth coach, then worked as youth director, academy coach, amateur coach in the Regionalliga Ost, head of the academies, technical director, sports director and, last but not least, head of the licensed players department. In addition, he was for many years the club's representative in various committees of the Bundesliga, the Austrian Football Association (ÖFB) and always a reliable contact person for international cooperations.

Ralf Muhr: "Of course, a separation after such a long and intensive time is also associated with melancholy and a little sadness, but it is clearly outweighed by gratitude and pride to have been an active part of Austria for such a long time. I wish the club and its great staff from the bottom of my heart only the best, will of course continue to follow with great interest the certainly positive developments from a different angle, and will be very happy when the next homegrown player makes the leap to the Generali Arena. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my companions and comrades-in-arms for their many years of support and loyalty."

AG Chairman Gerhard Krisch: "Ralf Muhr has helped shape the good youth development work at FK Austria Wien over many years and has experienced both highs and lows during this time. We would like to thank him for his many years of cooperation and wish Ralf all the best for his future."
