Zusammenfassung
Chlorakne entsteht durch Exposition mit giftigen halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffen. Die am besten bekannte Substanz ist 2-,3-,7-,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-pdioxin (TCDD). Im Fettgewebe akkumuliert TCDD und wird dabei kaum in den Stoffwechsel einbezogen. Chlorakne ist eines der typischen Zeichen dieser manchmal letal verlaufenden Erkrankung.
