Great agency with great knowledge people. I started a business and had lots of questions about how to employee and insure contract employees. Jaklin was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each model. A quick phone call helped me make a decision that was best for my business. From that point on, all questions or changes on my policy we're quickly and professionally addressed. They work with you on the phone, via email, text message or just stopping by the office. been a while now that I have had all my insurance services here by Christine, (Jacklin's sister) she is so sweet and responsive to your needs. I had to add my watch to my policy and I was given all this crap about what's going to be covered and all these games and gimmicks. What I like about this Farmer's Agency is that when you pay for insurance you know you're covered if anything goes down. Sometimes I don't care having to pay a little bit more to have the best insurance company on something that I work so hard to keep which is my house
