Fantastic dinner in a historic environment. The chef is specialized in cooking unconventional, traditional dishes out of ALL parts of the animal. As an appetizer, we had smoked beaver (!) which was pretty good - followed by a 6-course goose dinner which is their winter specialty. Very highly recommended - here you get traditional dishes that grandma was probably the last to know.

Is it weird to write a review for a place u've never been too but have only heard and seen great things(Anthony Bourdains No Reservations Vienna) and now u really really wanna go and try it? Maybe, but I will update the review as soon as possible once I've actually been there ;) also, this is review Nr 100 for me, so its gotta be special right? ;)
