Hotel Gell

Dirty room with technical issues and terrible ventilation that could only help keeping the room warm enough as the main radiator was partially blocked (as well as the sink). The owner, Rupert is quite impolite and is not able to discuss basic issues in English. By our request of a different room (because of repeated technical issues) he just answered us we should have asked that in the beginning and not in the middle of our staying !!!
The food is very salted and very poor quality. If you are traveling with a baby under 3 yrs old, better avoid eating there. Personnel is quite unprofessional, bringing your main course while you were still through the soup/starters, and having bad comments directly to you if for some reasons you don't want the main course or the desert anymore. By far our worst experience in whole Western Europe and I would recommend to better avoid it
