Amazing vegan options! Good prices. I always stop when I'm in the area. Service is amazing. Quiet place where you can seat yourself.

Ownership/management persistent unaddressed derogatory comments toward the women staff lose this place a star.
Five stars for the staff member who knew what ingredients were used in the food. I love love love garlic, but can't digest it. The same staffer was referred to by old male patrons as "Hey honey...". According to other staffers, who looked uncomfortable, it happens all the time. Only to the women. This is unacceptable from any management standpoint and needs to stop immediately, and seems to have remained unaddressed for way too long.
My food choices were carefully chosen by an excellent staffer who understood dietary restrictions. The person was excellent.
The lamb was nicely prepared and not overcooked, super important with lamb. The other members of my large party generally enjoyed their food.
It's a casual eatery, order at the counter and the food is brought out. No issues there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 443203425Apr 13, 2024
My husband and I ordered online for takeout on a Friday. Order estimated it would take 20 minutes and it was ready when we got there! I got the Sittoo's combo. The salad was dressed nicely. The rice though simple was really yummy. I liked the Chicken and Beef Kafta the most out of the three meats. Came with a side of the garlic sauce too. My husband got the spicy sandwich. It had a nice kick! He liked it. We also got the vegetarian combo. Loved the Baba. Falafel was excellent. We loved everything we had!

I had their garlic hummus. I didn't like it at all, very tasteless. I don't like the atmosphere. Service was mediocre.

Sittoo's hits the spot for a light and fast Mediterranean meal. For me, the Kibbie and Dawali start my meal perfectly and the appetizers are the perfect size to split.
The lamb entrée is mouthwatering and the Sittoo's combo is truly wonderful. The kafta and shush kabobs really hit the spot.
I have had two encounters where the beef was very tough and difficult to manage but the staff took care of me very politely very quickly and exchange my food for a different dish. That is not to say the beef is always that way because I've had other times and it was so perfectly tender you could pull it apart with your fingers. The negative here is more to show the positive of the staff and their ability to resolve issues.
Save enough room for the baklava!!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Chelsea Z.Lakewood, OH0121Oct 14, 2023
I love their beed Kafta dish. Freshly cooked and reasonably portioned. The place was organized and welcoming. Will go back again!

The food was a couple steps below a Mr. Hero or a street vendor in the flats. The lamb sandwich was salty and had jarred pickles and wilted lettuce. The fries were about as plain as possible with the exception of a decent seasoning on top, otherwise they're bland starch dropped in a fryer.
The staff was kind, but the food leaves much to be desired.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
