Sittoo's Pita & Salads

Delicious Mediterranean food and ambiance located conveniently next to Playhouse Square! We stopped by for a quick, yet tasty meal before our show at Playhouse on a busy Saturday night. The staff were friendly, fast, and helpful and the inside itself was very clean. The bathroom situation is a little weird but that's not their fault.

I ordered the chicken kafta entree which came with a side of pita. The pita was good (although the homemade ones at Taza are a million times better) and the entree itself was tasty and nicely seasoned. The side salad was especially delicious and I wish it came with more. The meal (other than the fatty sauce!) was quite healthy as well.

Overall, I enjoyed my visit and definitely plan on coming back when I'm downtown for a show!

The food is excellent after ordering 8 wraps , requested for 1 to be split into 2 portions, request denied (relatable to soupNazi).

I visited Sittoos for the first time in March 2023 after watching a documentary next door at a theatre in Playhouse Square downtown (as part of the 47th annual Cleveland International Film Festival).

If you love Lebanese, middle-eastern or North African food then Sittoos is for you.

FOOD -- They have alot to choose from on their menu. I ordered the Lamb Entrée ($11.75) which is char-grilled seasoned lamb patties served with salad and rice pilaf sprinkled with cinnamon. I really enjoyed my dinner because the rice pilaf was perfectly cooked and the lamb was well cooked with great flavour. The lamb was not dry. My friend Alexandra ordered the Vegetarian Combo ($10.50) which comes with Hummus, tabouli, baba, falafel, and dawali, served with tahini lemon dressing.

SERVICE -- Great. No complaints. My 2 friends and I were greeted then helped with what to order when we arrived. You have to order at the counter upon arrival.

AMBIANCE -- Small restaurant. Casual setting. I noticed 2 nice pieces of art work on the wall by the drinks and they appeared to be from abroad (maybe Lebanon since this is a Lebanese restaurant).

Overall, I recommend Sittoos and I'll be back even though parking downtown is a pain.

Make a meal of the appetizers! Quick service will get you to the theater on time. Grab a table as soon as one is available.

Some things may not add up so make sure you check your receipt before leaving and the staff is super rude including the owner

The food is very good but take out orders are wrong 100% of the time. No exaggeration. EVERY TIME.

I will no longer come to this restaurant, I have had enough of getting the wrong items

Came here today on my lunch hour as it was walking distance from my office. So glad I did. It was my first time here and I ordered the lunch special, so I could taste different foods. It was amazing! The meat was so tender! The rice and salad were delicious too. Everything was freshly prepared and seasoned perfectly. I tried both sauces, the one that came with the special and also the garlic sauce. I highly recommend the garlic sauce.
The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere here too. Plan to eat here again soon.

Wow! Just wow! Today I ventured away from my normal spot at the Westside market and ended up here. I am a huge fan of anything Mediterranean- and the flavors do not disappoint. Even being a "franchise"- it's a huge win for me! Service was also phenomenal just one guy running the show!

Do not order take out from this place. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Entree, they charge $15 for a ridiculous small amount of food. At best a kids size meal and they have the nerve to call this a plate and an entree, I feel scammed.
