FLUGTAG


On this particular year, Red Bull Flugtag decided to go all out and have all the events across the country happen on the same day. This historic event was called National Red Bull Flugtag, a day where human engineered (no experience required) aircrafts had the chance to fly, defy gravity and inevitably crash.






Mobile Game / In-store Packaging Activation    


To help with the launch of this event, we created the National Red Bull Flugtag Game to engage consumers at the store with the Red Bull packaging.







People were able to become Flugtag pilots by uploading their faces and gearing themselves up with mustaches, funny hats and aviator sunglasses.



Since Flugtag pilots are rockstars and to show their skills, they had to avoid obstacles like flying bikinis and hot dogs, because that’s what you find flying around out there.

In the end, five pilots were selected and Red Bull crafted an aircraft based on their ideas. The winners were flown to a participant city and became one of the competing teams at National Red Bull Flugtag. No biggy!



Out of Home               


We crashed bus stops at participating cities. Literally.






And just in case you missed the digital campaign or the outdoor activations we created massive billboards for the short sighted.






On Premise               


We also set out to find pilots at their finest hour and bars were equipped with games, flyers and branded peanuts. Well that last one isn’t true, the client wasn’t fond of having their nuts branded... :O






Digital Activation               

Someone forgot to allocate money towards digital? No worries, I got you.
My partner and I created ads on CraigsList for the second hand hunters.
