WHERE CAN I FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER/DEVICE ID OF MY POLAR DEVICE?

You can find the device ID from:

• the Settings menu of your Polar device or
• the Devices menu in Polar Flow app or
• the Products menu in Polar Flow web service.

 The serial number and device ID are also printed on the device itself. Check the list below to see where they’re located on your device. Serial number is normally 13 digits in length and device ID 6 to 8 digits in length.
