G Frank Teas, president and CEO of Millyard Bank, said the experience Friedburg and Jones bring to Millyard will be helpful for a bank that strives to offer the latest in e-commerce and mobile banking technology to its customers.

"We are pleased to welcome Bob and Craig to our board," Teas said. "Bob and Craig's expertise and leadership in internet banking, complex IT systems and product development will be invaluable to our team and to our customers, as we continue to grow."

Millyard Bank opened in Dec. 2019 and was one of only five banks to open in the U.S. that year.

At the time of its opening, Millyard was the first homegrown commercial financial institution in Nashua since The Nashua Bank was acquired by Lake Sunapee Bank in 2012. Lake Sunapee Bank was later acquired by Bar Harbor Bank & Trust.

After opening its first branch at 57 Northeastern Blvd. in Nashua, in the heart of the city's business district, Millyard opened its Hollis location, at 9 Ash Street, this past June.

"Since our inception, the Millyard team has worked hard to fulfill our mission of becoming a trusted resource for commercial lending solutions, a leader in cash management services, and a valued member of our community through volunteerism and charitable giving," Teas said. "I am extremely proud of our accomplishments thus far and grateful to our clients and communities that have embraced us."
