Cannabiaca, the current town of Zeiselmauer (Austria), was the most eastern Roman fortress of the Danubian Limes in the province of Noricum. Infantry and cavalry troops were stationed here, forming what is known as a “cohors equitata”. It was founded at the end of the 1st Century BC and its fortification system was broadened at the end of the 4th Century BC to be finally abandoned in the 5th Century.

In cooperation with 7reasons Medien GmbH, we produced several 3D reconstructions of this amazing Roman site for the generation of informative videos about the site itself and its history.
