In North Macedonia, it is unlikely to imagine ajvar without crusty bread and cheese. We produce it according to our original recipe, which also includes all the secrets of our ancestors. All ingredients used for the ajvar production process are natural, and pasteurization is performed without the usage of any preservatives. Ajvar can be used in the original form or as a side dish with roast meat and barbecue, with cold dishes, sandwiches, and as a complement to prepare stews and sauces.
