Your holiday home is ready for you from 2 pm on the day of your arrival and you may stay until 11 am on the day of your departure. As a special extra for your direct booking, you can also enjoy our spa area from 9.00 a.m. on the day when you arrive and the Almwellness “Morende”, our snack buffet (02.00 to 04.00 p.m.) for free. We will be happy to provide you with a spa bag with a bathrobe and sauna towels.
The arrangement ends on the day of departure with a check out at 11.00 a.m. The spa area, as well as the Almwellness Morende, can be additionally booked for € 25.00 per person. Should you arrive after 7 pm we ask you to notify us by telephone at +43/4716/622, since otherwise we may re-allocate your room reservation to another guest. Meals not consumed are not refundable.

In the event of cancellation: we kindly ask you to inform us well in advance! At least 10 days before the beginning of your holiday we will charge a € 20 administrative fee. From 10 days before your planned arrival date, we will do our best to re-allocate your room. In case we do not find any new clients we shall charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the price of the booked arrangement per person. The same applies to early departure, late arrival and non-arrival. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
As a special service we offer hotel reservation cancellation insurance for EUR 3 per night/person over 16 years of age. This saves you from having to pay an 80% cancellation fee in case illness, accident, job loss or court summons forces you to cancel or curtail your holiday with written confirmation.
While you may certainly reserve a specific room category, we regret that it is not possible to reserve any specific floor, location or room number. We ask for your understanding!

In order to allow our guests to relax and forget about the daily routine for a while we are kindly asking you to switch off your mobile phone at your arrival at our hotel. In our hotel Tuffbad we have only access to the net of A1 mobile phones.
Our double rooms and suites can also be booked for single occupancy for a fee of € 50 per night.
As we are a nature hotel with a focus on peace and quiet, we believe our guests should get away from everyday life. We offer WiFi for “work emergencies”, keep in mind that we are in a mountainous region, there is no HIGHSPEED Internet here. The Wi-Fi is currently available only limited. (Bad weather disaster in autumn 2018)
We will be happy to also welcome your pet on advance notification!
Please observe that dogs, cats etc. do not have access to the restaurant, the conservatory and the spa, yet they can be taken to the lobby and to the bar.
Furthermore, your four-legged friends can use the room/suite, the terraces and balconies, a sunbathing lawn and the wonderful alpine meadow.
If you do not want to leave your furry darling alone in your room we give you the option to have breakfast and dinner in your room (€ 20.00 per course). Our room service will come to our chalets and serve the delicacies to you in bento boxes.
Costs: EUR 29.- to EUR 49.- per night in the room/suite without food (incl. special cleaning of the room).
Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. Ashtrays are available for you on the terrace and balconies.
We ask you to kindly reserve your appointment at our "Sunnseit`n" (health and beauty department) 4 days before your arrival, so we may take into account your personal wishes. For more information please see: Sunnseit'n health and beauty department.
Should you not be able to keep your appointment, we ask you to cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. We will charge 80 % of the reserved treatment for any later cancellation.

We ask you to please pay your bill at the end of your stay directly at the reception desk. Gift vouchers and previous deposits will be discounted from the final bill. We accept: EC cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash.
The hotel and the rooms are not equipped to be handicapped accessible.
In order to make your stay a special event, we ask you to appear in appropriate dress for dinner. (no shorts, no flip flops, ...) On Sundays we are also happy about the Lederhose or the Dirndl for the "specialities buffet from the Lesachtal”.
Infectious diseases are not permitted to use the spa. We ask for your understanding for the benefit of all!
