Kraig is a Principal in Deloitte’s HR Transformation practice, leading the HR Strategy and Solutions offering. Kraig brings 27 years of HR consulting experience, supporting clients across all industry sectors. Kraig works to assist Deloitte’s clients across the full spectrum of HR and Workforce transformations, including assessments and strategy development, large-scale global transformations, HR operating model, and HR technology implementations.  Kraig is also a primary author and leader of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends report, the largest longitudinal study of HR, talent, and related technology topics ever conducted.
