Winter and summer in the mighty mountains
Everywhere you look, you are surrounded by the mighty (white) peaks of the Wetterstein and Karwendel mountains. In the winter months, this area turns into a winter wonderland covered in lots of snow. During that time, it is the ideal base to explore the many cross-country ski trails and ski slopes. In the summer, the slopes turn green and it is perfect for hiking, cycling, or mountain climbing on the many routes set out here.
