This is such a wonderful place, the house is so beautiful and cosy and the hosts are very, very friendly! On arrival there was home-made delicious Apfelstrudel waiting for us and we were also pampered with other local delicies by the hostess. The view is stunning and the location very peaceful, you can’t hear anything else than the nature and sometimes the cows, ponies and goets in the fields. You can enjoy the view from all the windows and the balcony, the terrace and the yard, where you can also smell the fresh alpine air. Indoors it’s perfectly clean with a spacious kitchen, where you can find everything you need, from dishwasher to coffeemaker. There are several cosy bedrooms, three showers and three TVs, so plenty of room even for a bigger family. On ground floor you have one of the showers and two saunas, and you will also find lots of fluffy towels there. Two toilets with with all that you need. This is the place to stay when you really want to relax and enjoy your vacation!

The Ferienhaus Schleinzer is a piece of heaven on earth. You get the feeling you have the whole mountain just for yourself. If your are looking for a stay where you can enjoy nature, having all the amenities you will need and the feeling of belonging due to the extreme sympathy of the owners, you will find it here. The owners were so nice, from the first moment, as we had a bit of a delay on our trip and they made sure we had the best reception ever, checking if our road trip went well and pampering us with some local delicies! The house is perfect, and the completely fenced property left us at peace, as our dog was able to feel free as a bird! You will have all the amenities you will need to enjoy your time. The owners showed us around, gave us some perfect tips to enjoy our time and even allowed us to help with the cows and goats (best neighbours ever). They even brought us the ponies, which our son loved! The house was perfectly clean! Hope to visit you again soon!

Již samotné přivítání paní domácí bylo velmi milé, komunikace celý týden probíhala naprosto skvěle, rodina Schleinzer jsou velmi velmi velmi pohostinní. Poníci a kozičky jsou krásným zpestřením pro děti i dospělé. Východy slunce absolutně k nezaplacení, výhledy z terasy překrásné. Dům je naprosto skvěle řešený, bylo nás 8 osob-2 rodiny s celkem 4 dětmi, všichni měli své pohodlí a soukromí. Ubytování je fantasticky vybavené a je zde vše (a možná ještě více), než člověk může potřebovat. Prostory jsou velkorysé, krásně prostorná velká kuchyň s jídelním koutem, vytápění parádními peletkami. Sauny nás krásně zrelaxovaly po lyžování. Co opravdu oceňujeme, je naprostá čistota! Umíme si představit, že v teplejších dnech, kdy se dá více využít terasa, krásné zázemí a spousta možností pro děti, to bude zase úžasný zážitek.

Tolle und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend für Wanderausflüge, das Skigebiet Klippitztörl ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrtweg erreichbar. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hat.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich schön. Die Ausstattung liess auch keine Wünsche offen. Die Betreuung durch die Fam. Schleinzer war ebenso gut und unaufdringlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Familie Schleinzer war ab dem ersten Kontakt mit uns sehr freundlich und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Bereits zum zweiten und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal konnten wir eine Woche in diesem in jeder Hinsicht traumhaften Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Lage auf etwas mehr als 1000 Metern ist einfach nur gigantisch, der Ausblick ins Tal und der Sternenhimmel immer wieder überwältigend. Obwohl es bis zu nächsten Skigebiet nur gut 20 Minuten mit dem Auto sind, kann man hier absolute Ruhe genießen und sich erholen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahe gelegenen Bad. St. Leonhard oder in Wolfsberg, jeweils ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Gastgeber könnten nicht netter, hilfsbereiter und unkomplizierter sein!

ein besseres Ferienhaus kann man sich nicht wünschen. Vielleicht noch ein Whirlpool aber das ist jammern auf sehr sehr hohem Niveau ;)
