A beautiful heavy ship's compass. The compass is made by Iver c. Weilbach & co., in Denmark (Copenhagen, presumably around 1900). It is made of bronze, glass and is equipped with liquid. Details: Height: 12.5 cm. Diameter: 30 cm. Weight: 12 kg The compass carries the number ' 6258 ' and in the glass the coordinates are etched. It has a ' bubble ', whether this is meant to be there is quite unclear. It is in good condition, the photos speak for themselves. A beautiful decorative, authentic and collection-worthy object. It will be carefully packaged and sent by registered mail (insured and with track & trace)
