    What we think

Kaprun ski resort, together with nearby Zell am See, make up the well known Europa Sport Region in Austria. The ski accommodation in Kaprun is built in a more traditional style than that of its neighbour, and offers a more relaxed pace of life.

Skiing in Kaprun offers access to the nearby glacial slopes of the Kitzsteinhorn and the Schmittenhohe Mountain in Zell am See. This large ski area will offer something for everyone with beginners able to take advantage of the nice easy nursery slopes, with the slightly more challenging blue runs to move on to. Intermediates and advanced skiers and boarders have a mixture of options in Kaprun or Zell am See (a short bus trip away). The red and black runs will help you improve your techniques and skills. Snowboarders can enjoy the high speed slopes and the half-pipes and fun parks that are located in both Kaprun and Zell am See.

While on your ski holiday in Kaprun you will be able to enjoy the après ski in the lively local bars or, for a change, travel over to Zell am See (about 10 minutes away) to check out their pub and club scene. Other activities you can take advantage of in resort include bowling, toboggan run, sleigh rides, swimming and skating.

Please note there is no representative for this resort an emergency number will be provided.
