First, I have to thank the seller. There was a problem with the stock, and the seller quickly reached out to me and offered me a solution. That was impressive by itself. Then the delivery service failed to deliver the package, and the seller noticed and sent me their phone and tracking number, which helped solve a problem with the local delivery service that I didn't even known about.
