"As soon as we arrived there was no one at the reception. Another lady asked if we needed service and went to tell another lady to help us. After that the check in was easy and fast. May 14, 2019We loved Graz!! There was nothing about Graz that we didn't like (except leaving). We will hopefully return to Graz at some future date and will definitely stay at the Erzherzog Johann Palais.
