ROBERT BOBR. SAAGER age 81 a lifelong Crown Point resident passed away Monday July 16 2007. Survived by wife Virginia of 50 years two daughters: Sandy (Pete) Eich of Palatine IL Linda (Joe) Schafer of Crown Point four grandchildren: Matt and Lindsey Eich Paige and Robert Schafer. Preceded in death by three brothers: Ed Sparks Enno and Lloyd Saager infant son Robert Herman Saager parents Herman and Martha Saager. Bob was a lifelong member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Crown Point a member of Youche Country Club the retired Owner of Saager & Saager Excavating and a graduate of Merrillville High School Class of 1943. Friends may call at Pruzin & Little Funeral Service 811 East Franciscan Drive (on State Road 55 south of State Road 231) Crown Point Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held Thursday July 19 2007 at 10:30 a.m. from Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church 250 S. Indiana Ave. Crown Point with Rev. Cory Wielert officiating. Visitation one half hour prior to service. At rest Maplewood Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran School or the Alzheimers Association.
