Projects

  • Independent Study - City of Berkeley Office of Energy & Sustainable Development

Developed financial model around potential funding sources for the City of Berkeley's Climate Action Plan. This includes modeling scenarios with different levels of energy usage and price change, identifying supportable assumptions around these rates and other rates of change, and modeling of different types of funding (i.e. various taxes, bonds, etc) to identify which are viable options for the City of Berkeley to pursue.

Developed financial analysis of potential public/private partnership for implementation of INIST's initial pod car system. This included a dashboard with outputs such as NPV and adjustable inputs (as initial data was based off of research rather than exact figures as pod car system was still in development).

The dashboard was the forward facing aspect of a complex model that projected cash flows and balance sheets based on multiple scenarios.
