Our lovely and modern apartment Rosa in Patergassen has a great view of the mountains. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, free excellent WIFI, a spacious kitchen with sitting area, a living room with smart TV, nice rain shower, ski boot dryer, spacious balcony, separate toilet, private parking garage with space for a car plus bicycles and sufficient parking space outside. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains and enjoy a lovely sun in the afternoon. The village of Patergassen is a stone's throw from Bad Kleinkirchheim.

In Patergassen you will find a bakery, a hairdresser, a bank, a large supermarket Billa and a pizzeria. A few minutes away in Gnesau, Ebene Reichenau or Bad Kleinkirchheim you will find even more restaurants and Gasthofs.

The extensive Bad Kleinkirchheim golf course is 3 minutes away. In Bad Kleinkirchheim you will also find 2 thermal baths for a day of relaxation.

Near the apartment you can enjoy fantastic skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing. In 6 minutes you are at the ski lift of the Bad Kleinkirchheim & St. Oswald ski area with more than 100 kilometers of slopes. The child-oriented ski resort of Heidi Alm is 8 minutes away. And in 15 minutes you can visit the ski areas Turracher Höhe or Hochrindl. Turracher Höhe is a beautiful snow-sure area with nice extras such as a sea taxi to cross the frozen lake and a piste butler with a free drink every day. With the Topski pass you can use all ski areas in the area.

In the summer you can go up the mountain with several gondolas in the area for a nice walk or bike ride. On the mountain you will find fun playgrounds, climbing parks and more for children. There are also 2 summer toboggan runs nearby; the Kaiserburg Bob and the Nocky Flitzer. Nearby you can do water sports on the Brennsee, Millstätter See, Ossiacher See or Afritzer See. With the Kärnten card you can make many trips for free or at a discount.

We, Anouk and Erik, completely renovated our apartment in 2022. Now it is a nice place to relax and enjoy the view of the mountains. We love skiing, swimming, cycling and walking, which is perfect in the beautiful surroundings here.

You can make beautiful trips in Carinthia from the apartment, but Italy and Slovenia are also easily accessible with our apartment as a base. A nice walking route starts directly behind the apartment.
