Choosing to get started with a therapist can be awkward and daunting. I try to make that process less uncomfortable and feel like not another "thing on the to do list" but something rather you can enjoy. I have worked with all ages, and all walks of life. I believe that we have the answers and solutions within ourselves, sometimes we just cannot access them, or we get stuck in what I like to call "ruts" and roadblocks. I also believe we as people are inevitably strong, and sometimes just need someone to believe in us and remind us of our strengths and potential.
I specialize in Addiction, Grief and Loss, and Trauma, but also life. If you feel you don't have a certain thing you're struggling with, it's just all the things- you may have found your therapist. I bring compassion, humor, realistic, and solution focused views to my therapy sessions.
