I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment to explore barriers that keep you or you family from living your most fulfilling life. Using a collaborative and holistic approach, I support children, adolescents, and adults who are working through life stressors and transitions, trauma and grief, and navigating a variety of mental health diagnoses. Additionally, I support clients through anxiety, depression and mood challenges, perinatal mental health, parenting, adjustment and attachment work. I have experience working individuals exploring sexual/gender identity, foster/ adoptive families, and children with sexual behavior problems.
My clinical approach incorporates evidence and trauma-informed elements from play and expressive therapies, Theraplay, sand tray, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), walk and talk, & talk therapy. With children, I utilize an integrative play therapy techniques that are sensitive to brain development and look to the root causes under challenges and behaviors.
