I believe that all clients have the ability to live the life they want. Often we live life by "rules" that we needed while growing up. Things that were helpful before may no longer serve us, and may even create a feeling of "stuck". Often we can feel isolated and alone in our struggle, convinced that we are the only ones who find life difficult to live sometimes. In my room (physical and virtual) we work together to discover your wants and needs, figure out new "rules", and get to the place that you feel most fulfilled. We collaborate on goals and formulate treatment plans unique to you.
I specialize in relationship/couples/marital therapy and individual therapy. I work with many different mental health struggles, and with relationship issues that get in the way of living your full life. As an immigrant therapist, I have specialized experience working with immigrants and intercultural relationships.

LGBTQ+ Parent Support Group
This group supports parents whose children have recently come out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. This can be a difficult family change to navigate and can impact many aspects of the family system. If you feel that you could benefit from this group, reach out for more information. The group offers a safe place to process emotions, learn coping skills, and connect with peers. The main objective of the group is to learn skills to build/maintain your relationship with your child.
