Only ten minutes away from the Olympic city of Innsbruck lies the picturesque village of Schönberg with its dream views of the white summits at the end of the valley. Great recreational options
Numerous hiking and mountain biking tours have their starting points in Schönberg. In no time you can reach the hiking and recreational area of Hochserles on foot or by bike. The hiking and climbing centres Schlick 2000 and Elfer-Pinnis can easily and comfortably be reached using public means of transport. The Stubai Glacier with its breath-taking summits is visible from Schönberg as well.

Panorama view Gleins
Particularly recommendable is the unique panoramic view from Gleins. After a leisurely hike, you reach the Alpengasthof Gleinserhof in about one hour. The breath-taking view extends across the whole Stubaital, all the way to the state capital Innsbruck with the impressive northern mountain chain.

Ideal for excursions
Thanks to its central location, Schönberg is the perfect starting point for numerous excursions. Innsbruck with its points of interest, the Swarovski Crystal Worlds or the neighbouring South Tyrol are all only a few minutes away by car. Conditions for an individual holiday organisation could not be better.

Enjoy the winter
Winter hikes are a pleasure from Schönberg. The toboggan run from Gleins, which is illuminated at night, is particularly recommendable. Through the snow-covered winter forest you reach the Gleinserhof. A unique panoramic view and delicious Stubai cuisine await you there.

The Hochserles adventure mountain and the Schlick 2000 ski centre are in the immediate vicinity, where carvers, snowboarders and cross-country skiers will find fantastic conditions.
