Simplex isn’t always the least expensive option but I don’t mind paying a little more once in a while because their process seems more streamlined and user friendly than the others. I’m just learning the app and simplex seems to be working. Pretty good is a little confusing but I work my way through it hopefully in the very near future it’ll be easy for me.
To be honest I had not used it before but when I did I was pleasantly surprised nice and easy to use .Fast delivery and a friendly email to see if the funds transferred as they should .Just keep up the good work.
Website itself easy to use, wasn't credited on the other side, until I called support 24 hours later.
Also would suggest a spot where you can track progress of the order, to give better confidence
