With a 'Rebel Yell,' we present our favorite Billy Idol moments.

When you think of Billy Idol, a few mental images always appear: the crunchy platinum blond hair, the ever-present snarl. And for movie fans of a certain generation, a classic scene where he blocks Adam Sandler's romantic rival with a beverage cart.

So in honor of the '80s rock icon's new memoir, Dancing With Myself (because what else would he call it?), we present his memorable Wedding Singer cameo and a few other great Billy Idol video moments.

"Get out of my way, Billy Idol"

Idol helped Adam Sandler's Wedding Singer character, Robbie Hart, steal his beloved Julia (Drew Barrymore) away from her Miami Vice-wannabe, two-timing Wall Street boyfriend by commandeering their plane's PA system and blocking said jerk with a beverage cart. We're guessing that any time Idol accidentally bumps into anyone, they come back at him with that line.

Audra McDonald goes operatic on 'White Wedding'

You may recall how Stephen Colbert decided to help a couple whose national park wedding got screwed over by the 2013 sequestration. He even got Tony winner Audra McDonald to serenade the newlyweds with Idol's White Wedding. Go ahead and forward to the 4:40 mark because you haven't really heard "hey, little sister, shotgun" until you've heard it come out of an opera singer's mouth.

You may come away from this scene feeling a bit queasy. Dylan Walsh's plastic surgeon character sure did.
