About this property

Our lake house renovated in 2011 with new additions (architecture award 'the best house' 2013, recognition - Kärtner Landesbaupreis 2012) is located in a very beautiful location directly on Lake Wörthersee. A large well-tended garden as well as a romantic bathing hut with beach chairs and an approx. 30 m long wooden footbridge (with charging point for e-boat) invite you to linger comfortably. The distance from the house to the lake (sole lake access) is approx. 70 m.

Wunderschöne Seehaus

It was an absolutely beautiful place to stay for a week with family! Private beach on the lake and private dock, beautiful house with three bedrooms, great kitchen, and amenities. I would love to stay there again! Recommended 110%. Eine wunderschöne platz am Wörthersee mit Familie zu verbringen. Ich hoffe, ich kann wieder ein Mal besuchen! Danke danke!

Krumpendorf Vacation

Lovely stay at the property. Was even nicer than the pictures, we were very pleased with the house and all the amenities included. Enjoyed swimming in the lake, the proximity to Klagenfurt and other local attractions. Great location on the run course of Ironman Austria! Use of the bikes for grocery shopping was extremely convenient. Great hosts with great communication!

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am See

Wir hatten mit unseren drei Kindern eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage direkt am See und ist wirklich wunderschön mit einer sehr besonderen Architektur und stilvoll eingerichtet. Von fast allen Zimmern hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den See oder auf den großen Garten mit alten Bäumen. Unser Favorit ist das historische Bootshaus, in dem man sich auch bei Regen super aufhalten kann. Der Steg ist ganz neu und perfekt für einen Sprung ins Wasser oder um entspannt das Treiben auf dem See zu beobachten. Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinder waren begeistert von Tretboot, Kajaks, Tischtennisplatte und der Feuerstelle, auf der man super Stockbrot machen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Tolle Einrichtung mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Der Garten und private Seezugang sind einfach toll, besser geht es nicht! Super nette Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!
